OFL was founded by Jeremy Adcock, an experienced electrical utility lineman with a mechanical engineering background who understands firsthand how important it is to have the best made and and safest possible products. Our products are the result of years of practical problem solving in the field.

Our parent Company, Powerline Tool started in 1998 with Poleguard,, Pole Alert, and our best-of-class Outrigger Pads.

In 2002, we created OFL as we recognized the need to bring a greater variety of products to our customers.

An experienced lineman, our founder began to envision a product line uniquely designed to meet day-to-day needs of other linemen. From these humble beginnings OFL's product line expanded to include rugged tool lines from Cementex and Rainbow. In addition our innovative Ground Hog Program is leading the way in ensuring safe practices for utility companies coast to coast.

The increased adoption of OFL's rugged line of plastic products inspired our expansion into the RV / Recreational market with our specially designed RV Jack Pads and the one-of-a-kind bow hunter's dream product, the Bow Caddie.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best and safest products possible.
